I'd like to start out this year but noting a few changes and goals for this year. No, these aren't resolutions because resolutions always get broken.
Changes:
- No sweets at work.
- No wine M-TH. (Already broke this change as I had wine on Thursday, Jan. 1.)
- Stay away from processed foods as much as possible.
- Eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day
- Complete my 3rd Ironman Triathlon
- Have more dates with MK.
- Continue to blog
- Continue to cook
- From now to Mar. 14, get in shape so I can start training again.
- Have more people over for potlucks and/or game night.
So with all the above said, I will enjoy life to the fullest with this resolution:
